We only collect what you choose to send us:

• Contact details: your name and phone number, so we can respond to your request.
• Health & prescription information: medication names, prescription numbers, an optional photo of your prescription, and anything you tell a pharmacist. This is sensitive information and we treat it with care.
• Delivery address: only if you ask us to deliver.

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not build profiles of visitors.

We use the details you send only to:

• prepare and fulfil your prescription refill or request;
• answer your medication and health questions;
• arrange pickup or delivery; and
• contact you about your request.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing without your consent.

When you tap “Talk to a Pharmacist”, your device opens WhatsApp with a message ready to send. Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp. Messages you send there are also covered by WhatsApp’s own privacy terms.

Your information is handled by the Prolifer Pharmacy team. We share it only where needed to fulfil your request (for example, a delivery partner) or where the law requires it. Refill requests and pharmacist messages you start on this site are sent to us through WhatsApp, and are covered by WhatsApp’s own privacy terms once you press send.

We keep your information only as long as needed to serve you and to meet our record-keeping and legal obligations as a pharmacy, then securely dispose of it.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Just contact us using the details below.
